2. Someone in the group should measure and mark off a 3 foot by 3 foot area of the classroom with masking tape.

3. Measure the width and length of each container. Write the width and length of your containers on the blackboard.

4. Take the longest container and place it inside the marked-off area. Then add the second longest container. Continue until the marked-off area is full.
