  Asymmetrical airfoils

Asymmetrical airfoils have chord lines, too. But the two halves of an asymmetrical airfoils above and below the chord line don't match.

Asymmetrical airfoils always have one surface that's longer than the other, unlike symmetrical airfoils, where both the upper and the lower surface are the same length. See if you can tell which surface is longer in these two asymmetrical airfoils!
